The horrific ICE raid of an apartment building in Chicago appears to be in direct violation of the Fourth Amendment, and could lead to lawsuits that limit the power of ICE. Lawyers are already on it.
It was so overtly illegal. They’re overstepping dramatically. Hopefully their recklessness backfires in a big way. This is all just so inhumane and unsustainable.
