We have had great difficulty accessing the resources we need as a veteran family, including them not believing my husband, who is a disabled veteran, is who he says he is. Yes, they won't allow Jim to confirm his identity at all. It has been terrible because now we can't verify who he is to get our veterans discount for our phones. AND, because they rescinded his job under executive order he also has no job.
